I hope everyone is trained and ready for this inaugural running of the Steal the Seal 50k.  With the race coming up this Friday/Saturday, there are a few things I would like to remind you of.

The use of headlights is VERY strongly encouraged.  This night run will be run without a dedicated lane for runners, so stay alert out there.

There will be four aid stations, one roughly every 10k.  The first aid station is being graciously hosted by the Landrunners running club.  The remaining stations are hosted by the Red Coyote running store.

Red Coyote is also giving a $100 certificate towards a pair of running shoes to the winner of the men's open, women's open, men's masters, and women's masters divisions.  Make sure you stop by Red Coyote on Saturday after the race, as they are celebrating their grand opening in style!

The cutoff date for online registration is approaching soon.  After June 10, no more online registration will be accepted.  And remember, if race capacity is reached on Friday night before you can register onsite, you won't be able to participate. 

For those of you willing to take the chance and register onsite, remember we will not have the equipment to take credit cards on Friday night last minute registration.  Checks are preferred.
